About the Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our clients engineering team. You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and driving employee engagement. You will provide comprehensive HR support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation planning, and organizational development.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic priorities and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Collaborate with talent acquisition to identify and attract top talent.
Develop and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Conduct compensation analysis and make recommendations to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
Drive organizational development initiatives to improve team effectiveness and organizational performance.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legal changes.
Act as a champion for their company culture and values.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a related HR generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Compensation:
$100,000 - $135,000 per year DOE
Bonus Potential of $10,000 DOE
