Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Robert Half and support our internal hiring efforts. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all recruiting needs, working closely with our team and hiring managers across the organization.
What you'll do:
Be the first point of contact for new recruiting requests
Review job descriptions and ensure they are accurate and complete
Schedule interviews (both virtual and in-person) and keep everyone informed
Manage all recruiting data and ensure it's up-to-date
Partner with various teams to streamline the recruiting process
Help develop and implement new recruiting strategies
Follow all company policies and procedures for applicant tracking
Assist with onboarding new hires (including paperwork and welcome materials)
Take on special projects as needed
You're a great fit if you:
Have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (preferred)
Have at least one year of experience in a corporate environment
Can multitask effectively and manage multiple projects at once
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are a team player who can also work independently
Are highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Workday experience a plus)
The offer:
Competitive hourly rate ($21.63 - $31.73) negotiable based on experience
