Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment?

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Robert Half and support our internal hiring efforts. In this role, you will be the go-to person for all recruiting needs, working closely with our team and hiring managers across the organization.

What you'll do:

  • Be the first point of contact for new recruiting requests

  • Review job descriptions and ensure they are accurate and complete

  • Schedule interviews (both virtual and in-person) and keep everyone informed

  • Manage all recruiting data and ensure it's up-to-date

  • Partner with various teams to streamline the recruiting process

  • Help develop and implement new recruiting strategies

  • Follow all company policies and procedures for applicant tracking

  • Assist with onboarding new hires (including paperwork and welcome materials)

  • Take on special projects as needed

You're a great fit if you:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (preferred)

  • Have at least one year of experience in a corporate environment

  • Can multitask effectively and manage multiple projects at once

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Are a team player who can also work independently

  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Workday experience a plus)

  • Competitive hourly rate ($21.63 - $31.73) negotiable based on experience
